Heat Resistance MSDS Chemicals Rubber Antioxidant For NR / BR / SBR / IR / NBR

Rubber Antioxidant  , MM-80 , White granules , Used for soles and other rubber products.

Recommendations and Applications:

MM is an important type of non-pollution antioxidant , used in NR , BR , SBR , IR , NBR and latex. 

It perform very well in resist heat , oxygen , flexing cracking , rays and weather aging , 

is moderate protective antioxidant. 

Mainly used in the manufacture of soles , belts , 

latex blown products and other light/bright color products , as well as transparent products.

Granules don’t stick to each other at room temperature , easily dispersed in rubber , 

without weight loss MB-80 has good compatibility with rubber , significantly improve the mixing efficiency , 

reduce energy consumption.

Dosage:

Advise the same amount as 2-Mercaptobenzimidazole powder, 

usually add 0.5~2.5 PHR, increase or decrease the amount accordingly.
