Accelerator TBzTD - 80 , Light Yellow Granule , Used In Tires And Soles.
Recommendations and Applications:
TBzTD accelerator is environment friendly , doesn’t generate nitrosamines carcinogenic in vulcanization.
It is used to vulcanize NR and synthesis rubber, has features like high processing safety with fast curing rate.
Adding thiazole and sulfonamide accelerator along with TBzTD will slow down curing rate,
decrease the scorching time and vulcanization time ,
while crosslinking degree is not increase significantly.
Alkaline accelerator such as aldehyde amine and guanidine is able to activate TBzTD.
It is usually used in sulfur-free and low sulfur vulcanization,
imparts excellent heat resistance of the vulcanizates.
It is used in NR , SBR , EPDM and NBR as primary accelerator or secondary accelerator.
Generally used to tires , hose , conveyor belt , soles and other industrial products.
Used as accelerator: 0.3 ~ 2.0 PHR TBzTD along with 1.0 ~ 3.0 PHR sulfur
Used in sulfur-free vulcanization: 2.0 ~ 3.5 PHR TBzTD along with 0.5 ~ 1.5 PHR MBTS
